• Waste packing material of washing machine, microwaves, splits AC or of any household appliances can be utilized in making standees, candy stands or a royal cart etc.

• Arrange a unique return gift (favours) in order to make your guests cherished and to make them happy.

=> Muhammad Azaan greeted all his guests royally and warmly said good bye to his guests by giving them a magic cup with pictures of baby Azaan and of guest on it. 7) DECIDE A VENUE, ORDER A CAKE AND ARRANGE A PHOTOGRAPHER:

Book a hotel, restaurant or a café having a pleasant ambience and the most crucial mission is to appoint an incredible photographer to capture the remarkable memories of the event to select a cake according to the matched theme and get it ordered.

=> The first birthday shower of Prince Muhammad Azaan was celebrated at rooftop of “Heights n Delights”, Lahore Pakistan. It has a great hypnotic view from the top. All event was particularly captured by his uncle so there is nothing much to do in searching a great photographer as Azaan has one available at home ;-) The birthday cake was ordered from #OptionsCafé, Lahore.

8) INVITATIONS:

When the day and the venue has decided. The next most significant goal is to send the invitations to all the guests. Invitation cards can be sent via emails, whats app, messages, facebook or by hand.

• Invitation card should have attracting write up and should also depicting the theme as well as the dress code for the organized event. => A sneak peek of Muhammad Azaan’s invitation card is below. It was made on Microsoft Office. Just have look on the write up and the design format. The dress code for boys was formal in royal blue colour of pent coat with white shirt and for girls any dress in royal blue and gold color.

9) ARRANGEMENTS:

The main hectic task is to make sure that all the arrangements on a party day are JUST PERFECT!!! If a birthday party is arranged in a package of a booked café then it’s well good. They will arranged all its own. Otherwise, 4-5 hours before the party begins, visit the venue and arranged a great party by placing a birthday party table, a gift table, a photoshoot table and a return gift (favours) table. Set all the birthday items and DIY things on table properly, neatly placed favours, beautifully hang birthday items and balloons. Overall, make a well presented flamboyant decorations according to your theme with the help of your family members, relatives and friends.
